Bob,
I am not sure that I knew what to expect of golf lessons before last week, but I would not have imagined such an effective change in every aspect of my swing mechanics. I feel that the setup and grip lessons have been well learned; I am very deliberate about my grip and address, but my goal is for it to become second nature as soon as possible (but no sooner). No greater revelation was the lightness that the grip could be. I have had better success swinging through to completion and supinating the left hand with a lighter grip. I have good mental and muscle memory of the putting grip and stroke. I am very satisfied with your instruction and my results to date and I look forward to future progress. It was a pleasure to meet you and I look forward to my next lesson.
Ian, (November, 09)
Dear Bob Byman - Once again I wanted to thank you for the time and quality of instruction that you gave to me during our lessons. While I don’t think my body could have taken any more, I would have loved to spend one more day with you. You have guided me in building a good golf swing and in how to approach each golf shot. With this foundation I am confident that I will have significantly lower scores this year and I sincerely hope that I get the pleasure of working with you again in the future.
Sincerely, A.J. (May, 09)
Wanted to let you know I had a terrific time last weekend at Sea Oaks. I would recommend it to any of my golfing buddies or friends. Jeff was extremely attentive and very personable, we hit it off right from the get go. He gave both my son and I some valuable tips to improve out game, but most of all we had just a great time. It's really all about making memories.
Thanks for all the help and recommendations you gave Anne to select the perfect place for my son and I to celebrate my birthday.
Regards, Jim (Sept.09)
My golf game has definitely improved. I've taken 10 strokes off of my game with just a few adjustments by Tom. When I get a chance to practice my short game drills he provided, that number will reduce even more!
I am looking forward to scheduling another session with the Academy in the future.
Thanks! Tom (Aug, 09)
Hi Brad, thanks for checking in. I have been working on the swing and seeing improvement. As you may remember, I need to "unlearn" some old habits before I can put the new ones into practice consistantly. It means more time on the range and less on the course at this point. I plan to touch base with Richard soon to review a few things.
The experience in FL was everything that I hoped it would be. The lessons were like "boot camp" and the facilities all around were first class. You and Richard combined to make it a veryorthwhile experience.
I've been talking to a few folks here about VIP - everybody's interested to hear about it, and a couple of them think they may want to give it a try - maybe in the fall. I told them to let me know & I'll hook them up with you ( I also sent them your website ).
Owen, (August, 09)
Guys,
Just wanted to you let know I shot my best round of the summer! Shot 75 in my first and only round since lessons with Paul! Great Stuff!
Cannot wait to get back out to the course and prove that I can consistently shoot in mid 70's and below!
More to come................
Thanks again! Marc (August, 09)
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your golf school. The accomodations were great. Tom and my lessons were wonderful! I am pleased with my progress. I'm planning a return session--as there is always work to be done on the game, right?
Thanks for all you've done,
Sue T from New Hampshire (July, 09)

Paul was terrific and he has without a doubt helped me take my game to the next level. I decided to pursue 1 0n1 lessons after shooting a 102 in a tournament. I had to face the fact that I was playing below my potential. My last three 9 hole scores since I visited with Paul have been in the low forties and as I work on the things we spent time on over the two days I anticipate my scores getting even lower. He was a great guy and a gracious host. I would recommend this format to any golfer committed to getting better.
Best regards, Tom (May, 09)
Earl, want to thank you again for the time you patiently spent with me in
Scottsdale
. Paul and I are already thinking of coming up to Sedona next year
for perhaps not three but two days of lessons. Will of course contact you
later in the year.
In the meantime, will just have to keep practicing...
Cheers. Vicki (April, 09)
All in all our golf week was an excellent experience and I feel it provided very good value for the investment of time and money. After the next few weeks I hope to be able to report some even better feedback. Thanks again to you both (Brad and Jack) for your personal help and good humour. You made the week productive and enjoyable. It was great to meet and work with you.
Best regards,
Lynda (March, 09)
Lee was great. This gentlemen has a great deal of knowledge and shares it well. I learned enough that I think with some practice of his techniques I will improve my game a lot. My son really enjoyed it too. Thanks, Wayne (Jan. 09)
The golf season here is close to an end but it was a great one for me. I won Club Championship in my flight this year (B) and my handicap is now a 22 (and going down). I missed player of the year by 13 points but still had a fabulous year. Hope to see you again for days of brutality! Here is a picture from club championship! Thanks again!

I just like to say we thought that the The Naples Grande Beach Resort was beautiful. We cannot say enough regarding the hospitality. Both Lenora and I thought that Leslie Duke is a very good instructors, and we took away a lot from the lesson. Especially for me in regards to getting out of the sand. It came in handy on Wednesday, when I chipped out of the sand 4 feet from the pin. (smile). Again I thank each and everyone of you for making our visit to Naples a successful one.

Brad, Travis and I had a great time and you and Tom made Travis's weekend. Not sure if it was a 10 or an 11. He told me that he is addicted to golf and just cannot wait to play again. If I can knock off a few strokes then I would be exceptionally happy. More importantly Travis had a great weekend with his Dad and for that I thank you. Tom was utterly terrific. We are planning are comming back next year so we are now part of the 70. I will contact my friend when I get back and sincerely appreciate the offer for the Leukemia Outing. Once again thank you. I will contact Tom when I get back to thank him also. Thanks again. Talk to you soon.

Hello Brad,
I absolutely loved it. It was a real eye opener to find out that I knew nothing about hitting a golf ball! But I am so very glad I attended the 3 day session. Tom is an incredible teacher and has the patience of a saint. Even when I felt down and that I would never get the right swing, he encouraged me and made me feel like progress was being made. He is a genuinely nice man and I respect his talents as a player and an instructor. I can't wait to get to a range and try out my new grip, stance and swing. I do believe that his words will stay with me and even though here in New Hampshire it will be a while before we can get out on a course, I think that I will do fine. I would take another 3 day lesson in heartbeat but unlike I think the majority of your clients this expense was a big investment for me and so it would have to be a huge discount to be able to "swing" it (no pun intended)! New Jersey - anywhere would be awesome, though I know I can never afford a trip to Dubai!!!! Regarding the clubs, I think that my irons are okay for me even though they are a bit longer than average. I think I need to concentrate on replacing my woods which I will investigate over the next few months. Any suggestions are more than welcome.Best regards to you and I want to thank you for your hospitality and sincere attention to my comfort.
Sincerely, Kathy (February, 08)
In speaking for the four of us, we are all delighted with your services - and that of Cave Creek Resort and Eva Scott. A terrific package. Without question, we will let other member of the Wenatchee Golf and Country Club know of your services, and recommend you highly.
All the best, Lisa (February, 08)
I was very impressed with your golf school, Eva, the Carefree Resort, and was really impressed with your customer service. Everything was wonderful, and I will recommend you to anyone that I know who is looking for that type trip.
Have a great day, Sandy (February, 08)
Peter and I wanted to thank you for a great experience.
We had a great time. We fell in love with Arizona.
Rick was a great instructor. We had a fantastic time with him. We both
feel like our golf game has improved (especially mine). We would highly
recommend this to anyone who wants to imporve their score.
Once again thank you on behalf of Peter and myself for making our first golf
lessons away from home so enjoyable.
We look forward to doing this again in the future.
Sincerely,
Kathy (Jan, 2008)
Thank you Brad for checking in! I am very happy with the entire experience – Eva is great! I have nothing but good things to say about everything you put together!!! Thanks again –
Chris (Jan, 2008)
I had a great experience with my golf lessons in Hilton Head.
My only regret is that I did not take lessons from VIP Golf
Acadamy sooner.
Jeri Britz was excellent!!! She was extremely knowledgeable,
enthusiastic and used teaching techniques that got her point
across while making the lessons fun. She broke down every aspect
of the game and then taught me the proper swing mechanics and
mental attitudes to immediately improve my game. Since Jeri is
retiring, I will miss the opportunity to come back for more instructions
from her but I am sure you will miss her more. She is a unique
individual and a rare find.
The lodging at Palmetto Dunes was fine. It was a clean, ocean
front, hotel that was convenient to the golf course. It has a
variety of places to eat and a helpful staff.
Overall, I had a great time and a great experience. I will keep
in touch when I am ready for more lessons.
Thanks
Jim Flannery
Earl-- again thanks for your instruction and patience. I really appreciated the way you were able to teach an old dog new tricks! I am excited to practice what I learned and take it on to the course.
Best regards Tom (March,07)
Yes, we thoroughly enjoyed our golf lessons.
Lori Griffey was fabulous. She was very helpful and taught in
a way that was relaxing and fun. We both thought she was great.
I will have to email her and tell her that we are making progress
after our slight setback on the second afternoon of golf. Our
swings are coming along and we've gone to the driving range twice
since we got back to work on our drills.
The Talking Stick golf club was also very nice with great practice
facilities. The staff was very helpful and it was nice of them
to store our clubs there overnight so we didn't have to transport
them both days. The Fairmont Princess was also a wonderful place
to stay. The atmosphere there was very relaxing and the restaurants
were excellent. All in all, the whole experience was one that
was well worth it.
However, I don't think either of us will be entering the LPGA
anytime soon - Ha!!

A letter from Roger V.(of Auburn, Washington
who attended the school in December of 2006), states: "Last
week for 18 I had 6 pars and one birdie. Best I've ever done.
Your instruction was excellent, my irons are also a big improvement-
wish I could play more."
Bill B., (from Santa Fe, N.M. who attended the
school in February 2006), writes: "...and to tell you what
the rest of the story is... i have won 5 golf tourneys here in
santa fe which includes winning the par 3 tourney in march, the
18 hole event in april, 7 matches for the championship of the
club (handicap tourney) spotting most of my opponents anywhere
from 3 to 16 strokes... beat 3 opponents in the first flight
of the city match play tourney, won my flight , and the first
day shot my age 71 with 2 3 putt greens and 7 birdies. ... THANK
YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH, YOU ARE THE GREATEST..."
Jeff K., (of Cottonwood, AZ) writes: "This
letter is to express my sincere appreciation for all of your
instruction and dedication in taking my game to the next level...we
started working together in July 1999 and at that time I had
an 8 handicap...Through a lot of hard work and implementing your
teachings into practice, my percentages of hitting fairways ans
greens has improved dramtically and my putting inside of 6 feet
is world class...Thanks again for your instruction for I would
not be the player I am today without it"
Mike and Marine J., (of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
who attended the school in April 2005) writes: "We just
wanted to thank you once again for the great time and all your
assistance. You truly made this a very enjoyable experience...We
have told all my friends about the experience and that we plan
on going back soon..."
Donald H., (of Stuart, FL) states: "My son
and I attended the one weel VIP golf school for a father and
son bonding experience...We had a great time and still talk of
the experience. The one on one instruction format was the only
way to ensure complete attention to my problems...I still view
my video taped instructions.I have love the game of golf for
over 25 years, but only recently have I been playing to the best
of my ability. I am grateful to VIP Golf Academy for teaching
me how."
Mary Jane O. (of New York, NY) states: "I
had a wonderful experience at my 3 day golf school held in Port.
St. Lucie this past March, 2005. The knowledge and dedicztion
of my instructor was superb. I have attended other golf schools
where the ratio of student to instructor is higher and there
really is no comparison in the overall experience. Your one on
one approach is definitely the way to go for golfers that want
to make a signifcant improvement over a short period of time..."
Mike B. (who attended the school for the first
time in May 2001) writes: "...VIP Golf Academy set me up
for one on one lessons with my hero Bill Crowe, for 5 hours a
day for 5 days. Bill was patient and extremely knowledgeable
about teaching techniques...I am certain that without the helpI
have gotten from the VIP Golf Academy I would have given up on
it before I had the opportunity to discover how much fun it can
be..."
Tom C. (of Detroit, MI) believes: "the one-to-one
concept at VIP is what makes the school stand out amongst all
the others. You can design your own program and work at your
own pace...Thanks to VIP I have developed into a very steady
and consistent golfer."
Justin (of Greenwood Village, CO) , writes:
Ann and I had a fantastic three days with Jack and Ann Marie.
Everything was outstanding, from the quality of our instructors
to the golf course and accommodations. Both Ann and I improved
our golf games immeasurably, and equally important had a lot
of fun doing it. Jack and Ann Marie were not only terrific instructors
but very personable, warm and engaging people. They truly bent
over backwards to tailor the sessions to us and we felt like
they really took a personal interest in our development as players.
Likewise, the accommodations at the Austri Haus
were outstanding and the service impeccable.
I think we would both like to do this again and
would certainly give the highest recommendation to others that
may be considering it. Thank you for putting this all together
for us.
