Each person is different. I take each individual initially and see where they are both physically and mentally. I then explore their expectations and combine those with reality. What are they looking for ? Do they have the time, resources, and determination to learn and make changes ?
Reality is the toughest part but is the critical key to the total goals. Basics are about the same with everyone. Yet everyone has very different problems with those basics. My job is to take what each person can do right now and improve it as much as they can handle ! If they want more, then we make the goals a little higher and tougher. Everyone can improve a little or a lot, but there are very demanding work ethics, time frames, and determination involved.
