PGA Golf Professional Quarter-Century and Life Member of the PGA of America. Vast experience with all level golfers, from juniors to players aspiring to play the Tour. Jack has been a Club Professional for many years, but his main focus for the past 10 years has been that of a teacher, coach and inspiration to golfers at all levels!
Starting with the basics of proper balance, good foot work, alignment of the spine (posture) and a good connection with the club (grip), virtually any person can become a consistently better golfer! When the basics are applied, they build a "swinging of the club." Once the proper posture is achieved, the position of the club head improves through the hitting area and club head speed will increase, giving the golfer more consistency and distance. Applying some of these same basics to the short game will improve this area as well. Remember that is takes time to build a repeating swing, and when you finish a lesson you will have a much better understanding of what to do even if you can't produce that "perfect" swing immediately.
